New Open Access Pricing:
$1,350 8 or fewer published pages
$120 Per page 8+ published pages
Authors may continue to submit papers under existing submission rules until 30 June 2012
01 July 2012 - All papers submitted will be open access subject to the pricing above
01 January 2013 - All back issues of the Photonics Journal will become open access

2012年六月三十號之前都是免費投稿的，但是7月1號之後就必須要交錢了，目前需要版面費

2012年六月三十號之前都是免費投稿的，但是7月1號之後就必須要交錢了，目前需要版面費

㈢ IEEE Transaction 一般何時交版面費

一般不用。但是會通知您「建議捐贈一筆資金給IEEE，用於協會和期刊的發展」。即使不捐贈，也會正常刊發。

這個期刊是信息編碼領域最頂級的期刊，審稿周期比較長，一般為為一到三年。
